Random Capitalization explained

"Random Capitalization" is the strange, ambiguous practice of "randomly" capitalizing the initials of all/some words in a headline that aren't "special" (a name or country, for instance).

I don't care what you may have learned; this is retarded beyond belief and is simply asking for confusion. Please study these examples carefully until you understand the point.

If you have been brainwashed enough to find this attempt to stop you from using Random Capitalization silly/stupid, at least accept that this is how things are done around here. "When in Rome, do as the Romans do.", etc…
