I dont know, ive been getting mood swings all the time since i hit puberty
Id be happy one day, then sad the next

Yesterday i was fucking ontop of the world
Now i want to kill myself

Now i heard Junk food messes with your mood (makes you depressed) But i havent had fast food in over a week.

I think it's commonly accepted now that guys can have PMS-like symptoms because of fluctuations in testosterone.
