Or at least any clues?

When it comes to love, nothing is fail-safe.
That's the only advice I have.

Any things that might be a clue?

There are plenty of guides on flirting and body language out there. You could also just ask someone they know if they like you.

If a girl goes out of her way to spend time with you, in particular, without there being any particular reason for her to do so other than that she enjoys your company, you can be pretty sure that she probably doesn't dislike you. That's probably the clearest, most universal and most easily understood sign. From that point onwards though, it's basically up to you.

Uh, why would they? You can't be a pessimist when it comes to these things.

A person's pupils dilate when they're looking at someone they're attracted to.

Keep in mind, though, that pupils also dilate due to alcohol, some drugs, and a darkened environment. Drugs and bright environments may prevent them from dilating, too. Pupil size also varies from person to person.

There are several other things that may suggest attraction (Google "body language attraction" or something if you're interested), but pupil dilation is interesting because it's purely a physiological response, like perspiration and elevated pulse, but it's fairly easy to read.

You know what works? Ignoring whether they actually like you or not, and just assume that they do. It makes things a helluva lot easier; you won't have any doubt in your mind. If you can't tell whether she/he likes you, just pretend that she/he does. If she/he's giving out clear signs of dislike, then you would obviously stop.

Because half of the people are lying bastards who want to see you going down and the other half are too kind to tell you if they don't like you.

I don't think you read the original sentence. He said to ask someone the person knows whether or not they like you. I agree that some people would be too nice to tell you they don't like you that way, but his point was that it would be much easier if you'd simply ask that person's friend.

My point still stands. Most people won't tell you the truth, no matter if you ask them about their feelings or the feelings of others. Reasons see my post above.

Just make sure you don't get in the "friends-zone", like I did a couple of years back… *sigh*, foolish times. :)

Christ, I don't know. I'm as new to this love thing as you are. Just keep that in your mind and hopefully something will pop up.

If she laughs at your jokes, sits on your penis or lets you lick her bare feet, that may be a sign that she likes you.

Ok. Well if he grinds against you and grabs your boobs, and licks your bare feet then yeah they like you.

is he single? then he probably likes you. makes a difference if its a guy we're talking about. friends zone isnt that scary either then.

He is indeed single
And yeah, I'd still rather not be friends, just because I know things about my male friends that would put me off getting involved with them, but from what I hear it's nowhere near as horrible as a girl saying she likes you. . but more as a friend.

right then, some female to female advice. when i like people i dont know that well, i notice if they like me on their eyes and body language. like if they smile and look at me in a sort of warm way, not just because i said something funny.

with friends, if they start wanting to spend time with me more than usually or send me cute messages, thats a kinda obvious hint.

depends what your relationship with him is. but he doesnt need to like you, just make him like you. just attack him sexually without coming across as a slut, oh and steal his heart too so it doesnt get platonic only.

Yeah I've just been reading up on the body language stuff, I'll just have to observe next time I see him I suppose, because we're not particularly close or anything
Thank you.
