I was masturbating, and as it feels good when I gently push it around, I was pushing it down, when I heard a pop or crack… I'm really worried! Will it be fine? Is it alright? My erection instantly died down and now it sort of feels cold. It wasn't a very loud pop, just like when you crack your knuckles. If you need more information, ask. Please help!

Capillaries in your penis broke. You might notice minor bruising, but its probably too internal for you to notice anything. Don't worry about it, its not a problem.

As you mentioned cracking knuckles a possible explanation for the 'crack' sound in your penis might be that you popped a carbon-dioxide bubble as this is usually the actual cause of the knuckle 'crack', or so I have been told.

@55,385Yeah, if you've got a muscular penis with bone joints. The best theory for cracking knuckles right now is what you said, gas bubbles. But that's only supposed to occur in synovial joint fluids.
