I can't find help on Retardchan so I'm going to ask here. Today I downloaded a picture telling me I should save it as lol.hta I was feeling both curious, and fucking stupid at the time so I did it. Help me please.

When you open it you lose you can't access many sites, such as the chans and even AT without a proxy. Then it spams Retardchan with more malicious code.

I suspect (this is a complete guess, really) that a reboot will solve it. (Immediately delete the file after the reboot — do not run it again!)

I believe that it changes your hosts file to block you from anontalk, retardchan and some other sites.. so I guess you didn't download the image with Javascript in at least.

open your windows/system32/driver/etc/hosts file, delete all about Xchan and others.

How well did that last suggestion work? I was also stupid and tried it out sheerly to see what would happen. Has anyone figured it out, yet?
