What kind of excercise could you do to stregnthen the muscles in your upper legs?
I find that when a straddle my partner and we go about it my upper legs become really sore and weak after only a little while and I can't hold myself up and end up having to stop and swap/change positions, which seems to disappoint my partner a little having to do all the work.
So I'm wondering what kind of excersises could you do to strenghthen the leg muscles?
Does anyone else have this problem?

@57,359I walk all the time at least an hour daily that only makes my lower leg muscles stronger

@57,372Cycle then. This will shift the pressure to your upper legs so you can focus on training those.

@57,861Basically a squat, but you hold the bar low with your arms extended rather than on your back or chest.
