There is a girl I've been friends with for years and i like her more then a friend and she knows it. She said she wants me to move in with her when we both turn 16/18.
Is it possible for me to live with her without doing something stupid or trying to have sex with her and wreck our friendship? It would be hard because she has quite alot of cleavage and she teases me a lot, and the only reason she wouldn't go out with me is because she thinks it would ruin it. so is it possible for me to live with her?

I wouldn't advise it. If she knows you want her, and you do in fact want her, that means she has power over you. You already said she likes to tease you, which confirms my suspicions about her.
I'm not saying she isn't in fact your friend, but it does seem like she isn't adverse to using her womanly charms to get what she wants. If she wants you to move in so badly, maybe it's just so she can cut her rent in half while still fucking whatever guy she wants.
In short: while you may relish the thought of spending a lot of time with her, I think this would backfire fairly soon. Don't do it.

-She's genuinely interested in you and tries to play the "hard to get" and "jealousy" cards to keep you interested
-She's a slut who'll let anyone touch her, especially while intoxicated.
If it's the former, you could opt to go for it.
If it's the latter, you've started down a long, dark and painful road.
