i am female, obviously, and i am repelled and almost disgusted by the idea of me giving birth and the lasting effects of it. all my friends can't wait to "pop one out" and i find the whole process of being pregnant, sick and fat, giving birth (i do not want my vagina stretched to the size of a melon!), possible post-partum depression, having saggy tits, stretchmarks and the works, afterward. to my selfish mind, all that does not outweigh the benefits an actual child will bring. i am a coward, right?

You seem sensible to me. Pregnant women disgust me. Especially if they are young and hot; it's like they're destroying their bodies. I can't wait to be able to "grow" lolis!

Not really, a bunch of my female friends are like that too. Not every girl has to be obsessed with motherhood, just like not every guy has to be a sports-obsessed chunkhead. All just personal choices, not anything particularly weird.

Don't get knocked up then. Whenever I see pregnant women I feel disgusted somewhat..

Aiding to the population doesn't really help anyone out, anyways. :|

Pregnant women or women who have been pregnant are physically repulsive to me.

@57,595> Aiding to the population doesn't really help anyone out, anyways. :|I know what you mean. One more baby won't hurt anyone huh? It's my right to have a baby, huh?
Giving birth or taking care of a baby is a default biological purpose, so you might get urges. Saying "no" because you're afraid of the pain is a half of a yes. You might feel culpability for not obeying to your biological urges, but that's ok because they are just desires, nothing essential right. But as you grow older, unless you go to a monastary you'll see that everyone around you is getting babies (unless some kind of overpopulation measure is taken by then) and you'll want one of your own too.

@57,636samefag here… Can't say you are wrong. I haven't been there, yet. Very interesting. I have always not wanted kids all that much. It seems like too heavy of a responsibility, and it seems like: who am I to want to bring a new life into this world that I barely understand myself? I also think I would be a completely incompetent parent. I wonder if that whole feeling will change for me as I get older. I still think adding to the population isn't very helpful. Not that you have emotional control over such things. ;)

I completly agree with you. I'm also female and the thought of getting pregnant is something I don't want.

@57,639Oh you will want to get pregnant. It just takes time. It's as inevitable as me being attracted to women or you to men.

@57,713> It's as inevitable as me being attracted to women or you to men.Attraction is by no means "inevitable" for anyone. There are huge chunks of the population, homosexuals, pedophiles, etc., that don't belong to your concept of "normalcy". Some girls just don't like the idea of becoming pregnant, and there's absolutely nothing wrong or abnormal about it.

@57,738Chill out on the "political correctness" speech. You know what I mean, don't over-analyze my sentence or assume my views from them. Of course there's nothing wrong it, but most women are going to want a baby at some point; it's a biological urge.

@57,819But men have the same biological urge to reproduce. So why don't most men leave their partner, when she is too old to give birth? Yes, some do, but it's not the majority. Instincts are one influence under thousands.

@58,006And then you can say that societal standards say that you must make babies, on top of your biological urges.
