What the fuck is this? I guess that it is an IRC client, or something similar, but there is no mention of this anywhere (that I could find). No introduction. No FAQ entry. Nothing.

And this is not at all uncommon either…

The logo has the letters "IRC" very conspicuously highlighted in red. It seemed obvious enough to me.

It's also in the <title>, but yeah, the website was obviously made by the programmer and not a designer.
