I always hear people talk of milk as an excellent source of calcium. What else contains it? I can't believe its only plentiful in milk given how we've survived healthily for so long before everyone had ready access to milk post breast-feeding.

You can grind up cuttle fish bones and sprinkle it in your food. When I eat, I do this, and I also give a little bit to my hermit crabs.

Me too, like three or four a day, but I have wicked heartburn and the calcium is a bonus. I drink crazy amounts of milk so I'm not concerned about my calcium intake.
