Topic: Is there such a thing as national "public service" radio and TV in the USA?

Where you get unbiased news and shit without any ads whatsoever, financed by taxes? If so, how many people know about/use them?

There's NPR, national public radio, but it's not funded by the government, I think, mostly by public donations.

C-SPAN is publicly funded and unbiased, but its not really news. Just live video of Congress inaction.
