Does the Kinsey scale measure hetero/homosexuality in terms of an attraction to masculinity and femininity, or in the technical sense of biologically male and female? I consider myself a 0, because I am a male and in absolutely no way attracted to masculinity, but this also means no to being attracted to masculine females, and yes to being attracted to indistinguishably feminine males.

Again, that depends on how technical you want to get. Do you count being disgusted by "true" homosexual thoughts as holding the same relevance as being turned on by them? Do you count thinking of what amounts to a girl with a penis as a homosexual thought, even if I were in no way attracted to the penis? To say "everyone has homosexual thoughts" is the same as saying "everyone has homicidal thoughts" or "everyone has thoughts of rape" or even "Everyone has thoughts of bunny rabbits". It's too subjectively interpreted.
