Very unlikely to get aids from blow jobs. Infact, not many STDS are transferable through oral unless you have open wounds such as a cold sore or recent dental work. You definitely can get any number of STD's by performing unprotected oral sex. AIDS is unlikely however, because saliva contains natural anti-bodies which kill the virus, so unless you have open sores in your mouth, that shouldn't be a problem. But there's still herpes (incurable), gonorrhea, and more that you can get. So be safe.
