I live in a place in the United States where no one knocks on my door on October 31st. I want to meet little girls, and perhaps share my candy if possible. Any ideas? I'm a 23 year-old man and do not intend to wear a costume.

This year for Halloween I'm going to go as Chris Hansen (You are supposed to dress as something scary after all). It will be a very simple costume consisting of what I normally wear for work, and a folding chair. Whenever I see someone giving candy to children I will set up the chair and ask that person to have a seat, right over there.
