I send somebody a song or a link, and then it turns out they didn't even start listening to or followed them. How lazy/rude can you get? :-(

I do this sometimes. The explanation is simple regarding new songs: I always listen to music, and I don't want to interrupt this with a song that I probably won't like. Most of the time when someone sends me something I don't like it. Usually I acquire new music by doing my own research for it.

Sometimes if I'm busy (or listening to another song, as mentioned by the poster above) I think "I'll just wait until I'm finished with this", and then forget
I don't think it's genuine rudeness if people do that, just give them a gentle reminder?
(point proven by the fact that I just came back to this post about 20 minutes after I originally started typing it)

because some people can be annoying and send you like 3 links, and if im on the computer im doing something, so wont follow it right away
