Mine has got to be the Game Boy Color. I bought it right after the release in my country after having had the original Game Boy for years, expecting back then what I would only get to experience many years later in the form of GBA SP… only to get a shitty screen that still wasn't lit in any way and with only a few colors that made the whole thing pretty pointless. And the color of the console itself (purple) sucked.
(Still I have some good memories with it, but I will never get over how disappointed I was at the screen and the dull colors.)

The 360. That game mass effect. I just cannot love that game at all and the GTA game was good but the ending was fucking depressing.

Game console too, namely the Nintendo DS Lite. The only improvement was its weight, but I should have been able to expect that from a console that you have to hold in one hand when using the touchpen.
They took a step back with the buttons, the screen was said to be better while it just sucked more ass and the thing that that bothered me most: It's fucking hard to press two directions at once on the D-pad, let alone hold them down. I don't know if it's just mine, but yeah. You'd have to actually use force. Rendered most games unplayable, the fucking piece of shit.

Sega CD was the absolute worst piece of shit ever. Coupled with the 32X, it was a goddamn nightmare.

My current PC. Hardware wise it's 4 times as powerful as my previous one, but it runs like shit.
I suspect Vista (and thus software) are to blame though.
