Topic: What counts as organized crime?

If you plan to steal a TV from person X's house and make up some sort of rough plan in your head before doing so, is that "organized"?

No. That's premeditated. Organized is something similar to a mob or a gang.

If you were to steal several trucks of tv's using a group of several people and then gave that money to a "Boss" then you would be in organized crime.
