Have you ever smelled what's in a sebaceous cyst? It is the single worst thing I smelled in my life.
I had a lump under the surface of the skin on my shoulder, just above the clavicle. It grew bigger for about a year, until it was about 3/4 the size of a golf ball. I was going to go to the doctor, but gave it a prod in the bathroom in front of the mirror and noticed it came closer to the surface through a pore, and I could see it acted like a pimple. I squeezed hard, and the semi-solid liquid in it tried to come out of the pore, but the skin stopped it. I squeezed with all my might, and it popped with an audible "pop" and squirted a stream across the space between me and the mirror (about 3 feet). I was so shocked that I almost stopped squeezing, but then decided to go all the way and squeezed hard.
There was a stream of a beige substance shooting at the mirror, coating an area the size of a sheet of paper (A4/Letter) completely so you couldn't see the mirror. The smell made me almost pass out. I found out a sebaceous cyst contains fat which has bacteria in it (creating the smell).
Have you ever had something like this?

You shouldn't have popped it. It's more likely to lead to infection, you should have used a heat pad. But no, I have not ever smelled that.

I forgot to mention this was about a year ago, before I knew about the heat pad method. No infection happened. Still, it was one of the most spectacular bodily events I've seen in my life.

I had this in my groin (fuck yeah it was an awesome experience, recommend to all) came up over the course of a year I thought I had cancer at first. Having a lump right next to your cock is a eye opener, but if you have something like this go to the doctors right away don't let it spaz you out. The smell once popped is amazing, much like the smell of ear stretchers but stronger.

That story was absolutely disgusting, but thank you so much for posting it.
Also, nice touch with the exact dimensions of analogous sheet of paper.
