I am going to drop out of high school. I know at 18 you can drop out no matter what, but i am aware that certain states have lower drop out ages.. (16,17)
I cannot find this information on the internet!

You're a retard. You will regret this decision for the rest of your life. Not a day will go by where you do not wish you had not been so damn stupid.

I don't know any stats though.

Don't do it. Your GED is very important. My brother dropped out three years ago, and it's just been so much harder for him. No one will hire him. He's almost 20 and still living with his mother. It's a sad life. Seriously, don't do it.

Don't fucking drop out ever, no matter where you live. I left school extremely early (grade 2) for reasons I don't remember, and not a day goes by that I wish I'd stayed. I worry about being a fucking failure constantly.

If you're planning on dropping out, you must get your GED. If you think you're going to be able to do anything but pick up garbage or flip burgers without any sort of diploma you're in for a shock. In my state the dropout age is 16 (which is when I dropped out.)

If you're wanting to drop out just because you hate school and you want to stick it to the man or some stupid shit I suggest against it. I dropped out of school because I had already taken all the AP courses they offered, and they basically had nothing left for me. I opted to drop out and immediately pursue more college courses instead of sitting around for another 2 years doing absolutely nothing. I was in my third year of college when my high school class graduated.
