Topic: What would you do if you had a little girl for a friend, and then she grew up?

This is a hypothetical question for pedophiles: If you happened to become friends with a girl (or boy, for that matter) when they were prepubescent, say 10, and you were attracted to her/him, would you still be attracted to her/him when they turned 18? Would they still be a little kid in your eyes, or would you lose interest once they started "developing"?

I had a sexual/romantic relationship with a girl from the time she was 8 until she was 12. She's 21 now, and we're still great friends. I still love her, but we had to break up because of fears that we were being found out. She has another boyfriend and we both know it's just easier for us to stay apart (since we're also cousins).

I do find specific things about the personalities of children in general to be attractive, but that doesn't mean I'd cast them aside as they get older. Pedophiles are very similar to parents. Just as a parent says "You're always my child", a pedophile's child lover is always their lover.

@68,178

I had a group of friends who were 13-14 when I first met them, sort of just beginning puberty. It wasn't anything sexual, just platonic friendship. But now it's a few years later, and although physically they havn't changed much (must be an Asian thing), emotionally and socially they are a lot different. To be honest, I find myself drifting away from them.
