I agree. This company is evil. However, what can we do? What can any of us do? Monsanto is one of many organizations that are fucking over all of humanity, including our own government, big oil, big sugar, big tobacco, etcetera.

God, some of you guys are such pussies. Fucking Monsanto is a corporation, they aren't some evil group of genetically modified super soldiers bent on destroying humanity through the use of chemicals and genetic engineering. If they do something absolutely stupid, they're going to get punished. No matter what you think about the government, they aren't going to sit around if Monsanto is poisoning the population to death. Under Codex Alimentarius ALL seeds must be Monsanto, ALL animals must be treated with hormones and antibiotics, all milk mush have rbgh, etc.

All vitamins will be classified as toxins and will be unprocurable/illegal to possess.

All natural health remedies would be criminalized.

All food must be irradiated, destroying any nutritional value it may have.

Banned pesticides would be allowed back into the food supply at toxic levels.

All nations in the WTO must comply or face trade sanctions.

It is to take full effect in Dec. 2009.

Government is behind it all, friend. They don't have to enact martial law and start kicking down doors, they just have to wait for everyone to drop dead from malnutrition and various types of food related poisoning. Just look at the 90,000 kids poisoned with melamine tainted milk in China. Now imagine that happening with every type of food you eat from virtually every source you have apart from growing it yourself (which would be illegal, btw)

Codex is the real endgame. They don't need a virus, or some kind of radiation bomb, or death squads busting down doors and shooting kids in the gutter. They'll just downgrade our food to "nutrient-free", fill us with Prozac and any number of new and experimental drugs, and wait for us all to keel over in the holy name of corporate profits.

I would suggest learning how to operate/grow your own hydroponic garden.

Yeah stupid, we know that. They aren't going to destroy the world, they're in the process of taking it over. Didn't you go read the fucking article? This is not complicated shit.

Farmers get their seed from companies dedicated to its distribution. These distribution companies are frequently the farmer's only source of seed. The only other source is for them to collect seed from their own harvest, and use that to perpetuate their crops the next year. Monsanto and similar companies have genetically engineered the plants so that they cannot do this, and must instead re-buy the seed.

The obvious extension of that is that any large farmer who buys monsanto will be Monsanto's bitch forever because they won't be able to produce any non-Monsanto seed or use seed from their own crops. The other obvious extension of this is that once above scenario happens and farmers are completely dependent on seed only available from Monsanto, planting no other crops besides those that do not bear fertile seeds, this country will have no ability to feed itself unless it pays whatever ungodly sum Monsanto extorts out of us.

Do you realize what you're saying? "Monsanto will kill everyone in the world for profit." What the fuck kind of logic is this? Of course corporations such as Monsanto are interested in profits, but what about the shareholders? You think the common shareholder wants everyone to fucking die? Even the people that run the corporation, they wouldn't want everyone to die either. A Corporation is a fucking legal entity, it is not some soulless machine intelligence you guys make it out to be.

Do you understand how corporations work? They are owned by shareholders, who could be absolutely anymore who's got the money to buy the shares. Corporations are then managed by agents who are hired by the shareholders (me or you) to make a profit. In this setup, who is the person that wants ultimate power? Nobody. Shareholders want corporations to maximize profits for their own well being, that's it. Shareholders would never want or need a corporation to take over the world. A Corporation is a legal entity, it is nothing like an army, government, or social group.

Where EXACTLY do these claims of yours appear within the codex? It also is optional… a country only has to hold themselves to that standard by CHOICE. The whole "Oh no, they are gonna ban vitamins!"? A german group tried to push that into the codex, and got denied. Where are you getting your facts anyways, tabloids?
