i've had this same one on my shoulder/back area for more than a year. I didn't know what it was until one day i just squeezed it while reading a book and i heard a "PUP" I immediatly rushed into the bathroom and examined the now leaky bitch. i squeezed it more and more,till it was flat, but the yellow goop kept firing out, hitting the mirror and wall. Feeling very satisfied, I though to myself "mission accomplished" and went back to my book. But alas, i was rubbing there a few weeks later, and felt that damn bump again. I repeated the squeeze/explode process, which i have come to do every few weeks, but each time it gets harder, tighter, and more sensitive. I can feel it now, but i can't pop it cause it hurts more, requires more effort to pop, and i'll darken the scar there.

The thing is, i don't think its a zit. It's never red, rather it is just a hard, skin colored lump. that has zit pus in it.

It could be a cyst, in which case just popping it won't help. You should go to your doctor to find out for sure because it can lead to infection if you keep popping it.

Name it and raise it as a son. Or take a weedwhacker to that sombitch.

If you keep opening up the same place by popping the skin that grows over, you'll get a scar.

Pop it. Squeeze it as empty as you can. Wait 30 minutes but keep it from growing closed. Pop it again with all your might. Try squeezing from the bottom up to the top. You will probably get a LOT more out than you expected. Repeat process until zit is completely dead. You have a cyst there, and you have blood clots in it that prevent it from healing. If this does not work, go see a doctor. Also, do this in the shower and wash over it with anti-septic soap.
