Maybe indecent exposure or *public* indecency would be more accurate. In terms of pornographic tags, closest you'll get is probably by searching "exhibition" or "caught."

Somewhere in there, or another category on that site (strangely, though, not public nudity), you will find videos like that. I remember this from coming across them months ago. That's a lot of pages to wade through, though, and you gotta find a Deluxepass password if you want to actually view the videos.
