I've been looking for a long time for some good thrash metal, i've listened to lots of stuff by slayer, deathangel and kreator, but nothing is heavy and loud enough.
Any suggestions? No death metal please, i hate the lyrics its just a bunch of screaming and growling that i cant understand.

You might want to get into doom and black metal. Off the top of my head, I can really only think of Dunkelheit by Burzum as being particularly heavy
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DPyOhP1GTRQ as I don't usually focus on the heaviness when I'm listening to metal. Hm… some of Skyclad's old stuff is pretty decent thrash, the stuff with the vocalist Martin Walkyier. He's got a gritty voice. He wrote great lyrics, too. It's not amazingly heavy though.
Some Bathory maybe?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OyYnstGB3rM I'm not sure how open you'll be to other genres. Candlemass is a doom metal band, and their self-titled album has a very heavy production. Crushing, I'd say.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8th_3AoTm_E is an example, even though I don't like that song a whole lot.
I'd link some other Youtube videos, but Youtube doesn't do justice to metal, it tends to make it sound weak. But D00M. That is a heavy genre. Reverend Bizarre and Candlemass are both very good mainstream-ish doom bands.

Also Exhorder as pretty awesome. Try their first album if you want pure thrash, it's called Slaughter in the Vatican.

I would go with:
Dream theater - tends to be more melodic, but very intense.
Narnia - tends to be more melodic, but very intense.
Demon Hunter - Some growled lyrics, but some sung lyrics. Very thrash metal guitars.
I'm also partial to Tourniquet, but they arn't as "thrashy" as the above ones.
