It's sad that I can never find something like this really funny/hilarious anymore, because I always think that it was staged…

Looks real to me, the way that guy trips and the bride just step back to avoid him hitting her and then holding the priest when she was falling.

The priest looks like he is trying not to laugh.

The acting of the tripper seems terrible. He extends his body towards the bride for no reason. The bride practically threw herself in.

It was convenient that the step was in shot…
