I'm 23, women my age seem to like me more with facial hair, but I want to attract little girls, should I go for the clean-shaven look?

Yes, clean shaven is best. Little girls will related better and not feel so set apart from you.

I've had extensive experience with little girls (NO! not in that way). All of them seem to like me clean-shaven, for some reason.
They seem to be put off if you have alot of facial hair.

I can't think of any females I know who like facial hair, regardless of age. There might be some out there somewhere. The majority, however, don't like it. I personally hate it. My first advice to my guy friends who have trouble getting girlfriends is to shave their facial hair off.

I have a lot of young girl cousins, and they all seem moderately fascinated with my beard. Mostly they just think it's funny to have hair on your face. It's impossible to say what is "attractive" to a child, as they don't generally acknowledge sexual attraction; if a girl thinks your beard is a funny novelty, she may not be "attracted" to you, but she might indeed like you and enjoy your company.
My advice: go back to 12chan.
