Check your countries criminal law. Your governments website should have a copy. At least here in Switzerland you aren't allowed to knowingly pass porn on to under 16 year olds, but possession by minors is not illegal (unless you're dealing with CP or the like).

I hope your just being an asshole. If you actually believe that, jeez…
Nothing would happen. If I were to bring evidence of you watching pornography to the police station or the court house, and I would get laughed out. It's simply not a big deal (legally) in the United States. What you should be more worried about is what your parents would do. They might overreact and block your access or something.

Nobody would care. If they did, it'd be very minor, probably dismissed. A small fine at the absolute most, I would presume, on a charge of obtaining it underage. Of course they'd have to prove conclusively that YOU got it. Just because it is on your hard drive doesn't necessarily mean YOU got it, it may have been taken from someone who legally obtained it, which would then technically make it piracy instead. Either way, people just wouldn't care.

In some part of India, if underage boys are caught with porn materials inside school they are usually punished by shaming (generally, by parading naked).
