Topic: How to kill an omnipotent being?

Now I have just figure out a possible way how someone could kill an omnipotent being like Jehovah. What if you were to have him chase you near a black hole. I'd figure such a being would have a massive gravitational pull. What if this meet the vast greatest of a black hole? Then the black hole would suck him in and he would be erased from history of the universe. Could this be the only possible way to a kill an omnipotent being?

Depending on how far the being's omnipotence stretches, if it were smart it would be impossible to kill.
The omnipotent being's "true self" would be outside of the normal universe, and it would send near-omnipotent avatar bodies to do anything it would normally do in the world.

I suppose you could defeat an omnipotent being with another omnipotent being… maybe.

Surprise attack. It's the only way. Naturally an omnipotent being could use his/her/its omnipotence to know everything that goes on in all places and times, but just because the power is there doesn't mean it's in use…maybe if you just asked politely it would kill itself. Omnipotence probably has some setbacks.

Simple. You take away the power that gives him his omnipotence, then kill him. For example, When Q from Star trek TNG had his omnipotence taken away from him by the rest of the continuum the Enterprise crew could have killed him then if they were less moral. Arranging that for each specific omnipotent being that you come across is your problem.

A deities power is usually related to the power of faith his believers have in him. Take away the faith and the deity tends to hollow out. If you could get people to abandon him en masse your possibilities multiply. Of course like I said, arranging that is your problem. Shut the hell up idiot, the question is based on the assumption that omnipotent beings exist. Read the goddamn question correctly next time, and refrain from posting "witty" comments.

You're assuming that omnipotent beings have their entire existence rooted in physical space, like humans (as far as we know). If the omnipotent being's physical body was destroyed, the entire being would be gone. However, most people consider an omnipotent being to have existence outside of physical space. The omnipotent being's physical body would be a mere representation or avatar. If the physical body was destroyed, the "mind" would still exist elsewhere. In this case, we can't kill an omnipotent being unless we had access to wherever the "mind" exists and had the ability to even "destroy" it.

You get some string, a stick, a cardboard box, and a picture of Lolis. Position the box so that the stick holds it up one way. Lay the bait which is the picture of lolis. Tie the string to the stick and hide. Eventually Omni being will come and you can trap it, or some other pedo jerk will come along. All you need to do once you capture Omni is to take its pot of gold and spend it on loaning money out to people who cant pay you back. Then the omni being will explode at the idiocracy.
