I've been with my boyfriend for 3 years, but I want to fuck another guy, and he wants me to too. It's a big fantasy of his. There's a guy I work with (we were both just hired), and I think he's flirting with me, but my current boyfriend was my first everything, so I don't know how to flirt with this new guy. I really don't know how to introduce the idea of fucking to him, and I really don't want to face rejection. How does this work? How do I get him to fuck me?

Sorry, I forgot to specify. I'm a guy. I know the guy I work with is gay too because his myspace profile has comments from ex boyfriends on there. I don't know how to tell him I'm gay too and that it's ok to flirt. Sorry for leaving that out.
PS: I'm not cheating on my boyfriend, he wants me to fuck another guy, it was his idea in the first place.
