Are you insane? Any cop with half a brain knows he'd lose his job for something like that. All the girls have to do is report his ass and he's fucked for life.

Police officers are professionals with actual careers. They aren't 16-year-old stoners working at Subway. The vast majority of them aren't going to jeopardize their careers for a quick blow.

Many cops are professionals. Many other cops, however, greatly abuse the power entrusted to them. A lot of these cops do a little bit of lying. Not big lying, such as planting evidence on people, but little lying, such as saying that someone consented to a search when they did not, saying that someone slurred their speech when they did not, saying that someone was belligerent and combative when they were not, et cetera. This happens often.

I agree that most cops would not ask for a blowjob per the scenario above, but if a cop did, he would not be fired. Unless one of the girls had her cellphone on recording the call, the cop would deny the allegation — and that would be that.
