Not to mention, she's about 37 years old. ( Older women are hot as fuck) But also she has never been married, loves her cats and is pretty attractive for her age. I've just been pondering the complexity of this issue, if it were to ever happen. I don't think it would be as complex as the Brother & Sister thread, but still, doing the nasty with a coworker is still looked down upon. The issue with this situation is that she is a bit stand offish, a little cold and maybe frigid at times. I know for a fact she is single because I know one of the guys has gone out with her a few times ( a married guy to say the least).

Anyway, what's anons first idea on how to approach this?

I'm going to try and be more friendly, I work in IT so possibly I can force her computer to break more often…then replace her computer..she will be 'happy'.

dont break her computer so you can fix it. that is a clear road into the friends zone. just talk her up once or twice, then ask her out.
