This is fucking annoying. I have been noticing it the last couple of years or so. It's not much, but enough for me to notice it. My bellybutton is slightly more to the right than it should (it should be in the centre!).

Should I be worried?

Dude, mine is too! It doesn't matter though, if we have this problem, chances are a lot of other people do. The only thing you should be concerned about is how far off it is. If it is noticeably off (around 3-4 inches), than it could be a weird thing if you're at a beach or something.
