There was a topic that came up in the "pedo friendly countries" thread that I wanted to ask about. I made a new thread because I didn't want that one to go off-topic.
Someone was saying that even if you permanently move to another country, you are subject to American laws. Let's say this anon moves to another country. Let's call that country "France." Let's say they have sex with some women there that are not of legal age in America, but are most definitely of legal age in France. Let's call that age "15 years old."
Now, let's pretend that this anon permanently lived there, renouncing U.S. citizenship. How could America punish me for this?
Also, another topic that was broached in the same thread was that in theory, America could charge me taxes in France. I know tax evasion in America can be tricky because all of your location information is registered with Uncle Sam most of the time. Still, quite a few people get by with tax evasion in America. This makes me wonder - if you leave America and they try to charge you taxes, is there any reason under the sun you can't just tell them to fuck off? Short of telling them to fuck off, can't you simply evade those taxes? How difficult could it be, all the way in France?

You Americans have a weird tax system. In the rest of the world, you pay taxes in the place where you live. In the US, you pay taxes to uncle sam as long as you have US citizenship/passport, no matter where you live.
If you want to legally stop paying taxes to the US, you'll have to move to another country, acquire a second nationality and renounce your US nationality.
You can also just move to another country and stop paying taxes, but you won't ever be allowed to travel to the US, unless you like jail.
It's pretty easy to acquire the dutch passport btw.

You are NOT bound by the laws of one country if you are in another. If the legal age of consent in 'France' is 2, then banging a 2+ year old is fine. The laws of a country only apply IN the country.
