Girth is much more important than length. Having your cervix poked IS not pleasurable.
Unless your hung like a flea, though, with an average sized penis (about 5.5" in length and circumference), as long as you perform well you should be able to make her happy.

The length/girth is mostly psychical. If a girl sees a big dick, her mind has certain expectations and a certain motivation. I think if they don't see it (turn off the lights), they only feel (or don't feel) the length/girth with really extreme huge dongs or small pencil dicks.
