I'm 20 years old live with my mum and don't have my driver's license. So anyway sometimes I have to catch the school bus to go into town and this was one of those days. When I catch the bus on the way home I usually discreetly masturbate because it feels so great doing it in public. This was one of those days, but this time I'm pretty sure I got caught. OP, I would destroy or dispose of the clothing that you were wearing that day, before you happen to be charged with anything. If you are arrested and later prosecuted for this crime, the prosecutor will probably attempt to seize the clothing to prove that it was you on the video (those videos are actually not that clear, believe it or not, and a lot of reasonable doubt can be had). Thus, get rid of the clothing and / or any hat you were wearing, and change your hairstyle — this will make it much harder to prove that it was you, even if it can be proved that the individual in the film was violating the statute.
Secondly, if you are arrested,
do not say anything to the police. Let me repeat that:

regarding OP. Ive done it in college bathrooms but NOT IN PUBLIC like that. Yeah move out of your moms house or something though im 17 and still with my mom and no license; take the bus to/fro school mainly…though im a freshman in college.

However, I am happy that I don't live in US (crazy fucking laws there, I would say!!). When I was yound (14 or 15) I got caught several times masterbating by strangers, even once I was caught naked, but no legal problem occurred, other than my embarrassment, and my mum was not very mad at me.
