Well I completely fucked up my chances into getting into a university (I've almost finished high school) so I'm going to have to 'waste' 1.5~2 years of my life at a secondary-type 'uni' where all the failures go to either:
a) go into employment
b) advance to uni

So I'm wondering, how is Accounting/Commerce? What is it and most importantly, what level of mathematics is required?
Everyone I ask says that Accounting doesn't involve complicated mathematics - just basic numeracy, memorising ratios and such. Is this true or a load of shit? I suck at maths by the way, and when I say suck, I mean it. However, I am exceptional at rote-learning and such.

Accounting doesn't involve any difficult mathematics. If you got through like grade 10 math you should be fine.
