Does it seem to anyone else that in certain other corners of the anon-populated internet, the level of racist crap has risen dramatically? It seems as though at some point, it graduated from juvenile kidding around to an almost constant barrage of out-and-out propaganda.
Are we going backwards in time? I've been dicking around online since the pre-ISP days of BBS systems. If people my age inherited just one worthwhile trait from the previous generation, it was a relative indifference to race (to go along with our relative indifference to almost everything else). Lately, I'm wondering if even that bar is being lowered.
Do teens really believe the shit they post on… other sites? Or is it just a darker form of joking around? I'm starting to think that white supremacist goons are actively priming the meme machine.

I do hope most of them are jumping on board (like a meme) and will grow out of it. Children are prone to that kind of behaviour.
However it is sad that (at least online) racism is more popular than progressive thinking. The Internet has shown me how stupid people can be.

Racism is natural and healthy. If your mind wasn't irrationally closed against racism thanks to the Electric Jew (television) and the Jew media, you'd realize that non-racism is a completely new concept and was considered unnatural for most of human history. You also might notice how true racism is. I'm not even trolling, it's the truth.
If your daughter wanted to date an African straight out of the trees, only in the last 50 years would you be ridiculed at all for saying "no."

are there people on the internet that have strong racist beliefs? absolutely, but they would likely not last long in a community of anons, much like hardcore religious zealots. anyone with strong hardcore beliefs don't usually last very long in an open and indifferent environment where everyone is equal. it makes them question their beliefs if they can't tell who to hate, and most 'true believers' of anything would rather shun such a community and choose to associate with others like them.
any undercover infiltration would be too traumatic for them, and they prefer the much simpler 'hit it with a stick' approach.

I noticed that the younger children approach racism as almost a fad. They will make comments about blacks and Jews simply because that's what everyone else is doing. South Park and other popular media partly influence this. They aren't serious about it, but they never do consider what they're saying at the same time. It's just simple childhood ignorance.
Also remember to distinguish between a realist and racist. A racist looks down upon other races just because he despises them. A realist realizes that there are undeniable differences between the races. I consider myself a realist. I don't despise black people, but it's just that most of them have despicable character traits. I don't go out of my way to hate them, but I'm not free of "stereotypes" as well.

I am in the same generation as the OP. My honest opinion is that the overt racism (or at least grotesque joking) that is observed on this board and the chans is indeed mostly the work of the younger rising generation, and that it is the result of backlash against the ridiculously intense political correctness that was at its apex when we were children. If you take a good look at society and compare it against what it was like when we were kids in the 80s, you realize that political correctness has been on the retreat for a while (a sort of natural balancing). The chan posters are merely a symptom of this, IMO.
I can't help but almost applaud this trend, because I think that it is characterized by irreverence, not genuine racism. I am a huge fan of irreverence — it is one of the most healthy aspects of a functioning free society. People who act as though their feelings of outrage should trump freedom of speech really do need to "gtfo" and go find "safe" corners of the Internet — freedom of speech should always be opt-out, not opt-in.
On the other hand, some anons (older ones, I suppose) are genuine racists. I am not a racist — I believe in average general differences between races, including differences in average intelligence — but I do not think that laws should have the power to treat any individual differently merely because of their race. There are posters here who dispute this, though. I am disturbed by their opinions, but the best way to solve the problem is to give them a forum for discussing their ideas and then
refute them. Don't try to censor them or automatically marginalize what they have to say merely because it is "racist".

When the blacks and many other minorities move into a white neighborhood, it quickly turns to crap. The same thing with black cities and countries, they are crap. See DiversityisCrap.com for plenty of proof. This is plenty reason to oppose blacks and most other minorities. Most of them trash everything they come into contact with. Mexico is crap because it has so many Mexicans, so why would we want them here? And the same thing, but even more so with Africa. Just look at that place! They can make excuses and say it's because whites were mean to them all they want, but ultimately, we are all responsible for our own lives!

Anonymity breeds stupidity. Not so much on this site, where you could get banned for dicking around, but when people are free to say anything they want without repercussions, they will tend to say stupid things. Also, racism is a great way of trolling. In any large group on facebook, you can find a discussion titled "why are all white people racit?" (spelled exactly like that) made by a man who calls himself "plaxico towers". He may only post in that discussion thread two or three times, but it sets off pages and pages of heated arguments and flamewars over the next several months. The more offensive someone's stupidity is, the bigger response it will elicit.
