Yeah, I noticed that immediately. "Her" face is definitely strangely shaped. Something seems off with the picture from the moment you see it.

@69,982You're evidently just not familiar with the difference between male and female facial anatomy. Also she's german so she looks like a german boy and this is unfamiliar enough to most people that they don't recognize her features as male.
