I read an article in a magazine recently about how boys as young as 12 look up porn. If they were looking at CP could they be pedos? Could they have charges pressed on them?

Well… when I was 13, I searched on AltaVista for "naked 12 years old lolita", "tiny lolita nude", "underage 12 girls", etc… And only because I didn't have an Internet connection at age 12.

I used to look up cp on p2p programs when I was 12-13. I was looking for girls my age, of course. I still find 12-13 year old girls attractive, but only physically/sexually.

When I was 12/13 I would search for "kiddy porn" hoping to find some girls my age. I didn't see it as illegal or wrong at the time.

I used to look for girls my own age on LimeWire. I don't see anything wrong with it (though I understand the legal basis for its unlawfulness) and I didn't then, either. I continue to be most attracted to girls my age, or within a 2 to 3 year span of it.

You wouldn't get charged with anything because a 12/13 lacks the understanding of what they are doing. Also 13 year olds would be interested in girls that age, so you can't lock them up for that.

I was looking up porn with kids my age when I was 12. I didn't realize it was illegal or "wrong" back then. Good thing our government didn't even know that you could download files off the internet back then.
