That's too vague a description to tell, but I would make sure your father doesn't want the employee's job being risked. You break up with him = he quits , he breaks up with you = he's fired. Unless you don't really care then in that case go ahead and try. Also be careful not to try too hard, a sexual harassment lawsuit would very bad.
