Topic: How can water and some chocolate powder taste decently?

This hot chocolate doesn't have any real milk in it. Just powder and water. And it does taste like warm milk with chocolate and sugar in it… kinda.

I find this sort of fascinating.

It may contain evaporated milk.
Also, instant hot chocolate made with warm milk instead of warm water is amazing.
