You are wrong. 1960s was full of drug use. Also we all know that literally not EVERYONE didn't care. But overall it was the general feeling. Also people were so coked out during the 1980s so it is obvious they would have a care free attitude. Just listen to the shitty music that came from that era. Obviously they didn't care.
