Apart from "aryan" just being an invented term for the Nazi ideal, you mean? Well, dirty blond is the most common Germanic hair. Finns and Northern Slavs are more commonly blond than Germanic people. It probably would've annoyed the Hell out of Hitler, if he noticed…
Anyway, the Nazi ideal for how a Germanic person should look (Aryan look) included blond hair, yes. Just look at the Nazi propaganda posters.

Dirty blonde is still blonde. The funny thing about it is if you bleach your hair, the regrowth looks brown. If you dye it black, the regrowth is obviously blonde.
I've got blue eyes and dirty blonde hair myself. I'm always having to explain the difference to stupid people who think that anything darker than the palest shade of bottle-blonde is brown.

To them, eye colours are either bright blue, bright green, or brown, and hair colours are coal black, chocolate brown, and bleach-blonde.

@previousI forgot to say, that the real Aryans do not fit your criteria. In my several trips to rural Iran I can describe to you the general phenotypes.
Bronze skin does exist but mostly they have a lighter tone, not as white as Europeans but you wouldn't call it "dark" skin. Colorful eyes are plentiful - mostly green/hazel/light brown and also blue, but it is generally less common.
They have brown hair or black, haven't seen much blond really, so I don't know if it exists.
The men have hairy faces and backs, the women are slim and gorgeous - it's a shame all that Muslim shit makes them cover their hair. But it's weird though because with the women, they either look like repulsive apes with bushy eyebrows and ugly noses OR women that send that sudden chill through your penis and you find yourself half in love for the rest of the day.
Summary: Persian phenotypes: Arabs with lighter skin and colorful eyes.

Nope, Aryan Persians are not Arabs, not even related. Some Aryan Persians I know consider it an offense to be called Arab. Ethnically and genetically they are distinct, but there was some intermarrying when the Arab Islamic empire conquered what is known as Iran today.
