Topic: I really want to hug a young boy…

I've had this urge for many months. It is just building up inside of me and I cannot see it happening for probably months or years from now! (If ever.)

I fall asleep with my arms around my blanket most nights, just thinking over and over the same stupid things. The schools will shut for summer soon, at least then there will be a lot more shotas walking around. Still — that doesn't mean they're going to consent to physical contact with a stranger.

I will probably just grab some random boy sometime soon, amidst a drunken night with my friends. I'm growing desperate.

What am I to do, AT? What am I to do…

Are you a male or female?
If you're a female, I can't imagine it being too hard hugging a little boy out of the blue. If you were a male, it would be harder but still doable. If you play sports for your school and were good at it, you could be a substitute coach for the junior team and give them a manly hug for their efforts in training.

Okay, I am running out of ideas.
It's hot. Go to the beach where the water is crowded or a public swimming pool (where there's a crowd). Just give a quick hug when the situation is right. You could ask to join in and playfully "tackle" a boy.
Fuck, I feel a bit weird telling you this. I am not interested in boys whatsoever (I am male myself).

'Kay, so now, I need to ask how young we're talking. It's not irrelevant, since boys of different maturity levels act differently. Also, we are in fact talking about genuine hugs, right? Not tongue-penis hugs, etc? In any case, I also don't think C's question was off-topic. As a 13-year-old, for example, I was VERY cool with hugs from 15/16-year-old boys. Especially if they were boyishly cute. I loved how the manly aura they got from being taller, stronger, older and more mature than me contrasted the delicacy of their soft features and slight builds. Like a paradox of sexiness. On the other hand, any middle-age man trying to hug me in anything but a father-son way (and very few men were allowed that) was apt for a swift kick in the balls. So it makes a difference as well.

Put some thought into it.

I think it all depends on your intentions. Are you usually attracted to boys? If you are then maybe you could try dating a thirteen-year-old boy, so long as you make sure you don't hurt them once you've had enough; at thirteen of course you're bound to be quite vulnerable to things like that. I'm seventeen myself, female, and I think you could get away with just making friends with a boy of that age and just hug them. I actually quite identify with the urge to just hug somebody - though my urges tend to be less targeted; I don't think it sounds like this is a sexual desire for you, I think that'll make it easier for you to do.

To summarise, because I think I'm being unclear as I sometimes am - you could either date a boy, which would be quite easy given the age gap, or make friends with one. Good luck!

Seriously, that depends on the culture. If you try to hug another guy in the US, it's more likely that it would not be well recieved, since they tend to be culturally phobic.
