Topic: My mother wants to find a rich foreigner online. What can I do?

My mother just asked me about a site, where she could find a rich foreigner (USA is best).
She's 49, I'm 16 and we live in Eastern Bulgaria. Our plans for the future are :
1. I finish my school here.
2. I go to USA and find a job. She comes to USA too. (not in the same apartment, of course).
She sounded serious, so when I get off the computer (tomorrow 11.am), she'll start searching for chatrooms.
I don't want her to find some chat full of perverts. I know they're everywhere and you can't be 100% sure that a chat is perv-free, but I want to do my best.
I have only MSN and Omegle experience.
If you tell me tips, or better - sites for people, who want to couple, I'll appreciate it.
Also, do you think, that finding a rich American can make our lives better? What are the risks?

What rich foreigner would want a 49-year-old? Maybe you can get a rich husband, if you're a girl. If not, just come over and get a job to support your mum. Or find a gay rich foreigner. :)

Rich men marry young, beautiful women who are typically in their 20's. Not 49 year old women who can barely speak english and come with the baggage of a teenage son. Tell her to get off her ass and earn money herself.
