I find the Big Bang rather illogical, it goes against everything I know.Is there any alternative, scientific theory explaining our Universe without reasoning that a single event that created everything?

I find your post ill-informed. Astronomers observe that all of the universe is moving outwards, away from the same central point. Therefore, going back in time, we can extrapolate that at one time the universe was at that point. The big bang is simply the term given to the universe starting at this point and moving outwards.
The big bang theory makes no attempt to explain why the matter all came from there in the first place. Therefore, which part of the big bang do you find illogical?

I'm not talking about the red shift evidence or the backgroundradiation, which todays scientists believe supports their theory of a point in time when all matter was condensed into a single point.
…I kinda lost myself there. Nvm.
