Was the Japanese military so powerfull in WWII that the world was so afraid of them that they banned japan from having a military? I think that Japan should be allowed to have a military. Hell, they would make the most insane weapons. We might even get mechs in a few decades.

A heads-up for you guys. When North Korea fired a missile into the Sea of Japan — the Japanese decided, with our approval, to build nuclear weapons. They are a secret nuclear superpower like Israel.

Israel has not confirmed that it has nuclear weapons and officially maintains that it will not be the first country to introduce nuclear weapons into the Middle East. Yet the existence of Israeli nuclear weapons is a "public secret" by now due to the declassification of large numbers of formerly highly classified US government documents which show that the United States by 1975 was convinced that Israel had nuclear weapons.

japan has an army of about 250 000 i think. their training composition and technology hardly change because theyre not allowed to use the name "army".
