Why do people desire to see these things, why are they turn-ons, etc? I kind of wonder the same thing about ass-gape porn (gaping assholes are hot?), "cream-pies", scat, "water-sports", and really unusual insertions (e.g. how many vegetables/bottles/office supplies can someone stick in their ass). Incest is on that list as well.
I can think of a few possibilities, but if anyone here is into that sort of thing perhaps you could provide some insight.

I would expect that a quick Google search would reveal that. This doesn't appear to just be un-realisticly large clitoriti (hentai), but rather an actual penis. Come to think of it, I don't understand why two burly men would have sex with each other, so I'll just chalk this up to differences in taste. Some men apparently like everything to be in the feminine form, but they want a man tree instead of a women cave.
