Topic: Is it illegal to have sex with a condom if you have been tested "HIV positive"?

No, it isn't. It's still legal, both with and without condom. The person should aware his/her partner, though.

Any sex when you have HIV is illegal if you don't tell them. If you do tell them and they choose to proceed then sex with or without a condom is legal.

It's not illegal, per se, there's no specific law against have sex if you have AIDS, regardless of your partner's knowledge about it.
I think you guys are confused because there have been civil suits against people who failed to inform their partners of their condition.

Let's pretend for a minute that these scientists who "don't believe in HIV" are actually experts in the field of HIV/AIDS (they aren't) who have an extensive documented research history (they don't), and that their claims haven't already been examined and rejected as having no validity by the scientific community as a whole. How do you explain the substantial correlations between people who have the HIV virus who then contract AIDS as opposed to there being no people without the HIV virus who then magically contract AIDS? What benefit is there to pretending that HIV does not cause AIDS? Are you actually suggesting that unprotected sex with someone carrying the HIV virus is 100% safe? I'm not willing to take that risk.
