http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OgkKRwww-_gOR does he just have a big belly but otherwise a "healthy" body, which is not the same as being "fat all over"?

Yeah man, that's pretty fucking dangerously obese.

Totally obese. With men you have more fat going to the belly than other places, which is why they tend to seem less fat than obese women everywhere else — less of a fat face, less thigh & ass blobbage, etc.
And man, this fat/eating fetish youtube subculture is really repulsive. Yet I'm strangely drawn to it, like watching a car accident from afar. After someone posted a link to the OP vid on here earlier in the week, I went and looked at the guy's friend list and found this video of some fat fuck eating two Baconators from Wendy's with McDonalds fries and a chocolate shake. What a fucking connoisseur, making two trips just to get the Mickey D's fries. There's no sound or anything, just him eating for like 20 minutes. I watched the whole thing. Baconators are nasty too, I got one on impulse once when I was high and couldn't even finish it. Way too huge, and the bacon was just slimy and weird. This guy is why the West will fall, such disgusting consumption. It's not even specifically a fat fetish, which is hardly shocking on its own, but also a fetish for consumption itself.
And what's with these fetishes where people actually damage themselves in the search for sexual release? Is getting off really worth dying for? Extreme BME made me ask the same question. I'm pretty open-minded when it comes to human sexuality, and I know that these things are far beyond logic, but I just can't get into the mindset of someone who would willingly turn themselves into a waddling, maternity-clothes-wearing sack of shit who can barely move just so they can have better orgasms? Why not just beat off to people who are already fat? Shit's bananas. Of course, I'm prejudiced against obese people, but still.

I group fat fetishism with guro, since being obese is a medical condition and not just an æsthetic or lifestyle choice. It’s like being proud of leprosy.
(I’m not talking about slightly chumby people here — hell I had a couple lovers like that myself, and they were great in bed — I’m talking about actual FAT people, like in OP’s link.)

@30,359being fat isn't a medical condition, to say that you must be at least 350 lbs and eating right now.
